It is a really exciting time to join Thomas Becket Sixth Form, especially following our outstanding 2025 results which placed us in the top 10 schools nationally for progress made. Our ‘Pathways to Success’ are designed to ensure that whatever dreams or aspirations our students have for their future, they are fully supported.

What we can offer in terms of academic progression as well as opportunities ‘above and beyond’ the classroom is integral to the development of our students. The expectations we have of all our students is that they will work hard, be ambitious and engage with all the opportunities that are on offer. We encourage and motivate students to pursue academic excellence whilst also acknowledging that Sixth Form is not just about academia but about developing the whole person, and I am incredibly proud of the students who leave us as curious, confident, independent young people who can take their place as valuable members of society.
Our Sixth Form students are role models within the wider school community and as such there are greater levels of responsibility but also more opportunities to be integral in shaping the future of Thomas Becket Catholic School and leaving their legacy.
