As senior students within Thomas Becket Catholic School, our Sixth Form students are role models; whilst we do not have a uniform, they must present themselves in a professional manner and take pride in their appearance.

Non-negotiables

  • The Sixth Form student lanyard needs to be worn at all times (safeguarding).

Full suit, short/long sleeved collared shirt or blouse and tie.

Smart trousers (including chinos), short/long sleeved collared shirt or blouse and tie.

Smart trousers (including chinos) with a smart polo shirt.

Skirts and dresses (of a moderate length- no shorter than just above the knee) with a collared shirt or blouse.

Jewellery – earrings, nose piercing, necklace, bracelet, rings (unless participating in an activity where it is deemed a health and safety concern).

 Students who do not follow the dress code will be asked to address the issue and if they fail to do this will be asked to leave the site to change.
