In order to ensure that our students have access to teaching, revision and support, they are required to be in school full time until Friday 26th May, attending normal lessons and revision sessions that have been organised by staff (teachers will inform students when and where these are taking place).

An assembly on the afternoon of Friday 26th May will celebrate the student’s time at Thomas Becket Catholic School. On that day they will sit an exam in the morning (English Literature), have normal lessons or History revision during lesson 3 and 4 (for those studying this subject) and have an opportunity to sign shirts and leavers’ books during lunch time.

We suggest students bring in a spare shirt for signing as they will need to be in full correct uniform for the remainder of their time at school. Any student not in the full correct uniform will not be permitted into their exams.

After this time students need to follow the attached timetable which shows where students need to be at any given time. Please note, there are several afternoons when they will not be required to be in school, so it is vital that you keep the timetable to hand and refer to it daily.

May I take this opportunity to thank you for supporting your child at this important time in their school career and to wish all our Year 11 students the best of luck in their exams and for the future.

Yours sincerely
